What is Reiki?

The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: Rei (Univesal) and Ki (Life Force Energy).

All beings exist as energy. When our lives become stressful or our environment becomes chaotic or unfocused, the energy that exists in our bodies becomes blocked or distorted. Over time this imbalance can lead to illness, physical and emotional pain, loss of energy, depression and anxiety. Reiki is a form of energy healing shared by the laying on of hands. It reduces stress and induces deep relaxation. It promotes healing of the mind, body and spirit. Reiki is non-invasive and non-harming. A Reiki Practitioner simply channels the energy through themselves, to a focus or intention that will benefit the recipient. It is not necessary for the Practitioner to touch the recipient or be in the same physical space.

Becoming a Reiki Practitioner

Absolutely anyone can learn to channel Reiki and learn to pass attunements on to others. More than sharing your own Reiki, you are allowing the student to discover this amazing, life-changing gift for themselves! Whether you simply wish to attune friends and family, or offer public classes, attuning as a Reiki Master can only deepen your own Reiki and open a spiritual path for growth.

In a Reiki attunement, the receiver is attuned to the healing and re-vitalizing force of Reiki and can then give Reiki to themselves, and friends, family, clients, pets, places in the world, etc. Once attuned, Reiki is with you for life.

With Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, students undergo a series of Holy Fire Ignitions which open them up to the deep, spiritual and loving energy of the Holy Fire . Old wounds and unwanted behaviors that may have been consciously or unconsciously on the surface for years are gently raised to the surface and over time become healed. We find that after receiving attunements and ignitions, new doors in ourselves open, often leading to new pathways in life. You will feel a new guidance and support in every aspect of your life, bringing a deeper connection to yourself and others. Post-Training support is also available for people who wish to teach in public settings - Reiki really wants us to share this energy widely in the world, and the Holy Fire has come at a time when humanity and the planet are most in need.

Level 1, 5-6 hours, $150

In class you are given the history of Reiki, instruction and attunement to the healing, guiding and loving energy of Usui/Holy Fire Reiki allowing you to share Reiki with yourself, friends and family. Included is certification and Reiki Manual from the International Association for Reiki Training, meal and snack breaks, and hands-on training. This 6-hour training can be broken up into 2 3-hour sessions. 50% deposit required.

Level 2, 5-6 hours, $175

Level 2 should be taken after Level 1. In level 2, you will experience the Holy Love Meditation. You will receive 3 symbols which are used for empowerment, balancing the mental/emotional bodies and for sending distant healing. Includes certification, a Reiki Manual from the International Association for Reiki Training, meal and snack breaks, and hands-on training. This 6-hour training can be broken up into 2 3-hour sessions. 50% deposit required.

Levels 1 & 2 may be taken together for the reduced cost of $300

ART, 6 hours $325

Advance Reiki Training (ART) includes instruction on using Crystal Grids as 24/7 remote healing tools and an opening to the Master Symbol. It also allows us to work deeper with Reiki through aura clearing. Includes the Holy Love Meditations, Advanced Reiki Manual from the International Association for Reiki Training, a certificate, meal and snack breaks, as well as your Master Quartz Crystal for grid use. 50% deposit required.

Master Teacher, 3 days, 6-hours each day, $675

Sharing Reiki as a teacher gives you the opportunity to aid in the world's healing process on all levels. As a Reiki Master, you are opening yourself up to your spiritual path, and deeper personal healing and growth. You will be given a series of Holy Fire Ignitions and a loving awakening energy through the Holy Fire. You will begin to experience opening of core wounds in a gentle loving way for healing. Please contact me first to discuss undertaking this training. 50% deposit required.

ART/Master trainings can be taken together for the reduced cost of $900
