During a session, you will lie on a massage table fully clothed as the practitioner gently places their hands, palm down, on or just above the body in specific energy locations. The length of time spent at each energy location is determined by the flow of energy through the hands. Reiki differs from other touch therapies as there is no pressure, massage or manipulation involved. Reiki is non-invasive and non-harming. 

 Reiki heals by balancing the body's energy centers and removing blockages. As a result, the energy goes to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual spaces where it's needed.  Learn more...
