How it works

During your session, you will lie on a massage table fully clothed as the practitioner gently places their hands, palm down, on or just above the body in specific energy locations. The length of time spent at each energy location is determined by the flow of energy through the hands. Crystals may also be used at energy points to create more healing. Reiki differs from other touch therapies as there is no pressure, massage or manipulation involved. Reiki is non-invasive and non-harming.  It is not necessary for the Practitioner to touch the recipient or be in the same physical space. Distant Reiki may be more suitable if you cannot come in person.
